The crop of players in man united have turn man united into a struggling and dragging side?

Remember Sir Alex Ferguson? who is without no doubt the best ever manager to have manage the devils. With ferguson it was easy for fans all over the world to predict outcome of a match between the Red Devils and any club side. B

ecause there was a man with character, a man with absolute understanding of soccer and people management. in-fact Ferguson can read the game he's almost perfect about decisions he takes most times. Ferguson won so much Laurels for the Red devil, Ferguson was outstanding among he's peers! Many believed in him as a man with eagle eyes because he sees outcome of most games before it is played!

Ferguson turned ordinary stars to super stars! among them is the re- known world best in the person of Cristiano Ronaldo, lDavid becham, Andy Cole and a host of others. He Made old traford a place to dread! Ferguson was an enigma, a disciplined fellow with character, since he left oldtrafford it has become the delight of other clubs. It has been struggle galore since he left the throne.

Here comes another coach who has contributed immensely to the game of football. He's fondly called "the special one" from special to "the happy one" he. Was special when he was winning trophies with money bag players, now there seems to be a shift so aa change of name"specialone would have to be changed to happyone".

The happy one has equally won laurels with different clubs sides. But in every manager comes with a different ideology just like clubs too, it becomes the coach major way of reasoning but if the coach fails in that direction he will be booted out. I think a better way to manage success is always consider what works and what does not whether in personal life or on the field of play.

Mourinho faild to realise that man united is not chelsea where he became one of the best ever coach to have coached chelsea.
The players were in another life while sevila pass the ball around, I feel ashamed for man united and I foresee more misery should they continue in this clueless style and runabout Kick and follow kind of football.
The red devils were destroyed and thrown out of the champions league like little rats who is never tired of noise! Its just a sad one for the fans, I feel for them a lot and I know more destruction could befall them if the happy one fails to get it right this time.

The shoes of Ferguson is becoming  too hot for coaches to wear.some have come and gone,before the arrival of the special one!

Since ferguson retired, ManU has deteriorated what you see now is not a team but a time bomb very soon they will disappear out of PL and be relegated should they continue in this pattern of play.

 Today we have a coach whom many believe would bring back the lost glory but this guy has a different background which to me has even made things worse off he's totally different from Ferguson. Feggy understood the ideology and his  ability to manage the philosophy of the club side gave him enviable success without buying the best players on earth but yet achieve great success with what he has! On like the present coach who believe In spending the money to get the result as against United's philosophy. Mourinho cant survive without he's philosophy of spending big to achieve result like PSG. But not all clubs such ideology works for it can work for some and may equally not work for others,it worked for Chelsea yes! But how long did it last? What will last is what will work and that is philosophy of a club.

Mourinho made a mark in chelsea because the owner holds same believe, he likes to spend  the cash, he couldn't achieve much in Madrid and got frustrated by the board and as a result left Madrid and came back to chelsea but it was no more business as usual as he became more frustrated in chelsea where beating became the order of the day for chelsea, the owner got angry and that was the end of he's reign at the club. Now he proceeded to Man United, stylishly helped by some heavy spending to win europa cup for the red devils whose sting can not kill a mouse again! but kudos to him as he did what no one could do after the departure of Ferguson from the club side and his side is second on the log in the EPL.
Mourinho implementing he's strategy which in no time will lead to tragedy because not all clubs will thrive in high spending instead they thrive more when you go for hungry players that you can mix up with little well known names that can give you what you want! You don't bring in your style without evaluating the club side first. May be the introduction of money bag players has cost united the league title because they are not working perhaps they don't fit in to the ideology sense of the united belief.

My question now is why have a coach with a totally different ideology? In the short run you think he's the man for the job but in the long run you will realise that he's just a shambles and a disaster to your club with his style of play!

Why deviate from your belief? You are unique and different from others! You don't try to win by all means you win by having a working system or ideology that have stood the test of time. The way united play these days is not a shock to me but is a testament to what I said when people ask me"what will become of Man u since feggy is leaving" I still keep my word, any coach that will gain same success and attract great fans would do the required just like Ferguson did.

Mourinho is not the messiah, I don't think he has what it takes to keep united going and strong like the old red devils that keeps opponent busy through out the 90 min plus. Let me conclude by saying Man united has to go back to the drawing board perhaps the old way which saw ferguson side as major threat in European football and inculcate the idea again. To me that is the way to come out with a deadly sting again.
